Shadow boxing is a fantastic warm-up and a great way to improve your technique. Focus on your form, footwork, and punch combinations. Visualize an opponent and move around as if you were in a real fight. Do this for 3 rounds of 3 minutes each, with 1-minute rest periods.
Heavy Bag Drills
If you have access to a portable heavy bag, the beach becomes your ultimate boxing gym. Work on power punches, speed drills, and combination work. The sand provides extra resistance, making each movement more challenging. Try 3 rounds of 3 minutes each, focusing on different aspects like jabs, crosses, and hooks.
Resistance Band Training
Resistance bands are perfect for adding intensity to your boxing workout. Secure the band around a stable object or have a partner hold it. Practice punches, focusing on controlled movements and explosive power. Perform 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions for each exercise.
